Trustees of the Bacon Free Library

     The Trustees fulfill a number of legal and financial responsibilities including the hiring of a qualified library director, setting library policies, guiding the management and maintenance of library facilities and assets, working to secure appropriate funding levels, complying with various municipal, state and federal laws and regulations, and working with the community to identify and address needs for the improvement of library services.   The Bacon Free Library is very fortunate to have had a number of committed citizens who have volunteered their time, energy and talents over more than 126 years.
